These Terms govern your use of the SentryGov service ("Service") provided by Sentrygov ("Sentrygov", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

1. The Service

SentryGov helps users discover, score, and respond to U.S. government contracting opportunities using automated tooling and AI-assisted drafting.

2. Acceptance & Authority

By using the Service you confirm you are of legal age and, if acting for an organization, have authority to bind it. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You must not: (a) use the Service unlawfully or for fraud, spam, or harassment; (b) infringe intellectual property; (c) interfere with the security or integrity of the Service, including probing, scraping, or introducing malware; (d) reverse engineer, resell, or redistribute the Service; or (e) circumvent technical limits or quotas.

4. AI Output

The Service uses generative AI to assist with capability statements, opportunity scoring, and proposal outlines. You are responsible for your prompts and for reviewing, verifying, and editing AI output before relying on it. AI output may be inaccurate and is not a substitute for legal, regulatory, or professional advice. You must have the rights to any content you submit. We may filter, refuse, or remove output and suspend accounts that repeatedly misuse the Service.

5. Intellectual Property

Sentrygov retains all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including software, models, branding, and documentation. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service in accordance with your subscription plan. You retain rights to content you submit and grant us a limited license to host and process it solely to provide the Service.

6. Accounts

You must provide accurate information, keep it current, and safeguard your credentials. You are responsible for activity under your account.

7. Payment & Subscription Terms

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment, billing, tax, cancellation, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Buyer Terms. Subscriptions renew automatically each billing period until canceled. You can manage or cancel your subscription from your account at any time.

8. Service Level

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

9. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach, non-payment, fraud or security risk, or repeated policy violations. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; we may delete account data after a reasonable export window.

10. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, special, or incidental damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot be excluded by law.

11. Indemnity

You will indemnify us against claims arising from your content, your unlawful use of the Service, or your breach of these Terms.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.

13. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable to Sentrygov's place of business. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
