30-day money-back guarantee
Sentrygov offers a 30-day money-back guarantee on SentryGov subscriptions. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date.
How to request a refund
Refunds are processed by our payment provider and Merchant of Record, Paddle. To request a refund:
- Visit paddle.net and look up your order using the email address you used at checkout.
- Or contact us through the feedback form and we will help coordinate with Paddle.
Most refund requests are reviewed within a few business days. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method.
Cancellations
You can cancel your subscription at any time from the billing section of your account. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues until the end of the current paid period.
Recurring renewals
If a renewal charge was unintentional, contact us within the 30-day window above and we will refund it in line with this policy.
